The Kentucky Music Hall of Fame
Exit 62- Kentucky’s rich musical history is on full display at the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame. For over 20 years, this museum has showcased Kentucky’s contributions to all genres of music from traditional bluegrass performers to pop stars with Kentucky roots. Their permanent displays of artifacts and memorabilia are joined with rotating exhibits that come together to give visitors an unforgettable experience. Camp Wildcat Battleground
Exit 49- In October of 1861, the Union Army was settled at Camp Wildcat when the Confederate Army attacked. Visitors today can stand where these soldiers stood and imagine the emotions of that day. Some of the original trenches still remain at the site. On the third weekend of October, volunteers reenact the battle. The reenactment extends beyond the battle itself with period costumes, a historically accurate encampment, and demonstrations concerning life at the time of the battle.

Cumberland Falls State Resort Park
Exit 25- Standing 68 feet tall and 125 feet wide, the “Niagara of the South” is a jaw dropping waterfall that tumbles into the gorge below. While the view is impressive any time, Cumberland Falls may be the only waterfall that is most famous for how it looks at night! Cumberland Falls is home to the world’s only predictable Moonbow. On a full moon, the light hits the falls and creates the world’s rarest rainbow.
